About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
MOD4PV aims to establish a gigawatt-scale PV module assembly plant in Extremadura, Spain, using advanced heterojunction technology (HJT) to achieve over 1.5 GWp annual production capacity. The facility will produce high-efficiency modules to meet demand for affordable, locally manufactured PV, generating over 2,800 GWh of renewable electricity annually—enough to power nearly one million average Spanish households. The project enhances Europe's PV industry, reduces GHG emissions, creates jobs, and supports the Green Deal objectives.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
