About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The HySkies project aims to establish the first large-scale synthetic sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production facility in Sweden, producing approximately 82,000 tonnes of SAF and 9,000 tonnes of renewable diesel per year. It utilizes fossil-free hydrogen from a 200 MW electrolyser, biogenic CO2 captured from a waste-to-energy plant, and sustainable ethanol through gas fermentation and alcohol-to-jet processes. The initiative targets a 94% greenhouse gas emission reduction compared to conventional fuels over the first ten years of operation.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
