About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) is collaborating with Membrane Technology and Research (MTR) Carbon Capture and the Wyoming Carbon Storage Assurance Facility Enterprise (CarbonSAFE) on a Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) study for a carbon capture plant at Dry Fork Station. The proposed plant will utilize MTR's second-generation Polaris™ membrane to capture, compress, and store 3 million metric tons of CO₂ annually onsite, targeting a minimum 90% capture rate. The study evaluates integration with CO₂ pipelines and geologic storage based on CarbonSAFE data.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
