About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

ITOCHU Corporation, in partnership with PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltd. and Inter Pipeline Ltd., is developing a world-scale integrated facility in Alberta, Canada, to produce blue ammonia and blue methanol using natural gas combined with carbon capture and storage technology. The project aims to supply low-carbon fuels to Japan to support global decarbonization efforts and meet increasing demand for clean energy carriers. Commercial production is planned to commence in 2027.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
