About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Louisiana Green Fuels (LGF) project, developed by Strategic Biofuels LLC, is a pioneering biomass-to-fuels initiative located at the Port of Columbia in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. It features a 100MW clean energy power plant with carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) in Phase One, delivering carbon-negative electricity, followed by Phase Two, a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) biorefinery producing renewable diesel and other low-carbon fuels from forestry waste. The project aims to sequester approximately 1.36 million metric tons of CO2 per year, achieving negative emissions.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
