About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The NH1 Raz-Blanchard project develops a 12 MW pilot tidal power plant with four 3 MW turbines in Europe's strongest tidal stream off Normandy, France. It will generate 34 GWh annually to supply 15,000 residents from predictable tidal energy, achieving 97% relative GHG emissions avoidance. The innovative design reduces LCoE by 40% and supports scaling tidal energy to 2.5 GW by 2042 while boosting local jobs and supply chains.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
