About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The North-East Alliance project in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russia, focuses on blue ammonia production using hydrogen derived from natural gas reforming combined with CO2 capture and storage. Planned capacity is 3-6 million tons of ammonia per year, targeting export markets and contributing to low-carbon fuel supply. The initiative is scheduled for implementation between 2026 and 2030.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
