About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Red Rock Biofuels project employs Velocys' Fischer-Tropsch microchannel reactor technology and TCG Global's gasification to produce biofuels from woody biomass at a commercial scale. Situated in Lakeview, Oregon, the facility aims to generate 44 kt/y of biodiesel and biokerosene, marking one of the first full-scale implementations of this distributed production approach. Following construction delays and foreclosure in 2022, the assets were acquired by NEXT Renewable Fuels in 2023 for redevelopment into a multi-product clean fuels plant.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
