About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Silsbee biorefinery, operated by Gevo, converts renewable isobutanol into sustainable aviation fuel (ATJ-SPK) and isooctane using dehydration, oligomerization, and hydrogenation processes to produce drop-in compatible biofuels. Located in Silsbee, Texas, the facility has been operational since 2020 with a production capacity of 265 kL/year. It demonstrates advanced renewable hydrocarbon technology for low-carbon aviation fuels.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
