About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Solidia Pécs project implements Solidia Technologies' low-carbon cement and concrete production at the LafargeHolcim plant in Pécs, Hungary, as an expansion from initial trials at the Whitehall plant in the US since 2014. The technology reduces CO2 emissions by up to 30% during cement manufacturing and sequesters additional CO2 in the concrete curing process, achieving an overall 70% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional methods. Commercialization is advancing in the US, with ongoing industrial pilots in several European countries and Canada.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
