About this project
The description is as the source gives it.
Re-Tyre CO2 introduces an innovative low-temperature pyrolysis technology to recycle end-of-life tyres into aviation kerosene, recycled carbon black, and gas for self-powering the plant. The facility in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy, will process over 10,000 tonnes of tyres annually, diverting waste from energy recovery and achieving 117% relative GHG emissions avoidance versus conventional aviation fuel and virgin carbon black production. It promotes circular economy, reduces industrial emissions, and supports sustainable aviation.
Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
