About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Tarfaya Green Ammonia Project, developed by OCP Group in Morocco, involves building a $7 billion facility near Tarfaya powered by 3.8 GW of wind and solar energy to produce green ammonia via electrolytic hydrogen. It targets 1 million tons of annual production by 2027, scaling to 3 million tons by 2032, to ensure ammonia self-sufficiency and support low-carbon fertilizer manufacturing. This initiative aligns with OCP's commitment to carbon neutrality by 2040.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
