About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

Terra CO2 Technology develops OPUS, a low-carbon supplementary cementitious material derived from abundant silicate rocks and sediments, serving as an alternative to coal fly ash in cement production to reduce emissions. This material enables up to 50% replacement of Portland cement while achieving a 70% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional Portland cement. The company raised significant funding in 2022 and subsequent rounds, with plans for commercial plants starting in 2023, and has demonstrated success in pilot projects like the Minnesota road research facility.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
