About this project

The description is as the source gives it.

The Yuri Renewable Hydrogen to Ammonia Project is a collaboration between Yara and ENGIE to build a 10 MW electrolyser powered by 18 MW of solar PV and supported by an 8 MW battery system in the Pilbara region, Western Australia. It will produce up to 640 tonnes of renewable hydrogen annually to serve as zero-carbon feedstock for Yara's neighboring ammonia production facility, partially replacing hydrogen from fossil fuel-based steam methane reforming. The project demonstrates the business case for renewable ammonia production and supports the global transition to low-carbon fertilizers.

Statuses, countries and reductions are as the public source states them, and may be out of date.
